In this research we will be using weighted-sum method. Project 1, Project 2, Project 3, Project 4, Project 5 and Time, Cost, Quality, Risk, work health and safety out of all the 5 projects, Project 1 gets first rank in Project Portfolio Management. With the weighted sum method, we are able to find the best project in Project Portfolio Management has been evaluated with various parameters and methodology.
