Abstract
This paper aims to analyze the importance of a management system against bribery based on the ISO 37001 standard, designed to raise a culture against corruption and implement accurate controls within an organization, in a way that increases effectiveness to detect corruption and reduce its incidence. This system could be independent or integrated to a global management system. The payment of bribes is a latent problem within the State and in the private and non-profit sectors, carried out both by or against an organization and its personnel as well as through or by a third party.
