Abstract

The intensive development of the transport infrastructure of the largest cities in the world creates urban planning problems associated with the search for new solutions for street and off-street transport systems, as well as the street and road network in combination with public buildings that are part of the citys public service system. New solutions require effective interconnection of flat development of urban areas at the ground level and spatial development of aboveground and underground levels, which would provide a rational architectural and planning organization of the components of the territory and types of buildings and structures of territorial-spatial objects. These components and types include urban areas near the station and station complexes, in the architectural environment of which a large number of local people and those who come from other cities move on a daily basis. Features and specifics of the inclusion of underground space in the planning structure of these components and types, affecting the comfortable stay of people in them, are considered in this work.
