Abstract
Bolitogyrus is a moderately diverse genus of 78 species that are widely disjunct in the subtropical and tropical forests of the Neotropical and Oriental regions. Following recent revisions of both the Neotropical and Oriental species, this study provides new distributional data, a revised species concept for Bolitogyrus strigifrons (Wendeler) sensu nov., and the description of B. pseudostrigifronssp. nov. and B. nigropolitoidessp. nov., bringing the total number of Bolitogyrus species to 80. Several keys are updated to reflect the newly available data and new species.
