Abstract
Middle school students are at a transitional period in their lives for learning time-management skills. Without learning how to balance the acquisition of new concepts in the various subject areas and the skill of establishing homework routines, students can become lost as they transition into high school and college. The following is an overview of a program one school implemented that included gifted students as peer tutors for those who needed additional outside help and support.
