Abstract

The paper may draw on your experience of working in more than one organisation but should examine one specific issue in some depth.This academic paper was written in 2007 as part of the submission requirements for the Qualification in Counselling Psychology. In the paper, I discuss my working context within the health service and reflect on the impact of change at the macro and micro levels of service provision. In particular I focused on my role in primary care.
