Abstract
Focus groups and experience of service questionnaires were used to obtain service user feedback on a newly developed CAMHS Intensive Treatment Service. Service users were generally positive and felt helped by the service, but highlighted areas of potential improvement in communication and service organisation. Actioned service developments are discussed in relation to key findings.
