Abstract
The purpose of this article is to share what we have learned about trainee clinical psychologists’ expectations and experiences of engaging in personal therapy over the duration of the course, in order to provide rationales for other trainees and qualified clinical psychologists, when they are considering whether or not to engage in PT.
