Peer alienation and hostility among clinical psychology trainees and the pre-qualified

Abstract

This article highlights the phenomenon of peer hostility and bullying practices observed amongst trainees and assistants. It explores the ways in which such practices manifest, how it is perpetuated and possible reasons for it arising.
