Reflections on joining a lung transplant referral team

Abstract

The Lung Centre at Southmead Hospital (Bristol) has sought increasing support from the psychology service for pre-surgical assessment for lung transplantation. This has taken our clinical work in a different direction, and we describe our personal experiences of this involvement.
