Abstract

This paper will reflect on my experience as a clinical psychologist and that of my colleague, Matt, a Peer Support Worker, in supporting a group of people who have experienced First Episode Psychosis (FEP) undertake an adventure therapy project. We hope it will provide first-hand accounts of this unique approach to promoting recovery and raise awareness about alternative therapeutic approaches to psychosis.
