Abstract
The aim of the current study was to evaluate the implementation of an antiracist strategy on a clinical psychology programme, from the perspective of trainees and staff. Two focus groups were conducted, and data analysed together using thematic analysis (Braun & Clarke, 2006). Three main themes captured barriers and facilitators to progress: Values; Experience on the programme; Experience on placement. Plans for further work are shared for consideration in training and practice contexts.
