Abstract
This study investigated acute inpatient staff (N=18) attitudes towards people with a personality disorder diagnosis. Themes of intentional acting out behaviour, emotional challenge, united team, good professionalism, psychology input, and service user-run training indicated some negative attitudes and training needs.
