Abstract
Relative simultaneity predicted by special relativity is shown to be false. This is done by demonstrating inconsistency arising from this prediction. The well-known train-embankment thought experiment fails to demonstrate the phenomenon and global simultaneity as exists in the Global
Positioning System invalidates the prediction.
