Abstract
The elusive “Hum” continues to create worldwide problems, with complaints from North America, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Japan and elsewhere. Periodically a Hum focus occurs, giving a concentration of complaints in a relatively small area. Despite multiple investigations, a general noise source has not been located and some sufferers are now grasping at a non acoustic origin, such as electromagnetic radiations.
