Abstract

Conflict is an inevitable and inherent characteristic of social relationships, therefore, it is necessary to have the skills to solve them in a nonviolent and constructive manner. In the case of female survivors of intimate partner violence, it has been found that one of the repercussions is the lack of strategies to establish a dialogue or be confrontational when needed within their close relationships. Thus, the objective of this paper is to propose a psychoeducational program based on an education for peace and humanistic approach that promotes the development of conflict resolution skills in female survivors of intimate partner violence The method will be a qualitative approach, pre-experimental design. As for the selection of participants, it is suggested the intentional sampling method, with the inclusión criteria being: women between the ages of 20 and 40 years who live in areas in condition of vulnerability. The porposed intervention consist of 14 weekly sessions, divided in 3 phases: diagnostic, intervention, and evaluation. For data collection, a logbook, focus groups and observational records will be used. With this proposal, it is sought to highlight the pertinence and urgency of creating projects targeting this demographic, so that their empowerment and well-being can be improved.
