Abstract
The paper considers the development of a fuzzy model for managing the business processes of an enterprise. The developed rule base, the developed models for optimizing the intelligent management of business processes using the Mamdani fuzzy logic apparatus, made it possible to improve the technologies for electronic payments of electronic business.
