Abstract
In soils with minimal anthropogenic load the following were found B.cereus, B.muralis, B. Cibi, B. Simplex, Br.laterosporus, and in soils with high anthropogenic load the following were found B. cibi, B.cereus, P.lautus, B. pseudomycoides, B. niacini, B. mojavensis, B. agaradhaerens, B.arsenicus, B.firmus, B.licheniformis, B.atrophaeus, P. polymyxa, B.acidicola, B.drentensis, Br.laterosporus, B.subtilis. In anthropogenically transformed soils, the number of common bacilli species was reduced, while at each point species were found that were not found at other points. The proportion of microorganisms that utilize natural substrates is sharply reduced - in urban soils the number of aerobic spore-forming bacteria of the order Bacillales decreases several times.
