Service sector: assessment of the potential of the dairy market in the region

Abstract

в статье исследуются процессы обеспечения жителей высококачественным молоком и молочными продуктами, а товаропроизводителей постоянным уровнем дохода. Цель исследования состояла в оценке потенциала, задача заключалась в подготовке инициатив по перспективным направлениям развития рынка молочной продукции в регионе. Исследование состояния рынка молочной продукции проводилось на принципах статистической обработки, монографических и абстрактно-логических методов. Однако, согласно исследованию, пищевая промышленность оказалась менее подвержена санкционному давлению, чем другие сектора экономики. В исследовании также обсуждаются прогнозы развития молочно-продуктового рынка и делается вывод, что Российская Федерация успешно справляется с вызовами, повышая качественные характеристики молока и молочных продуктов и уменьшая зависимость от внешних рынков. В заключение авторы отмечают важность наращивания эффективности выработки молока и молочных продуктов в результате использования новейших цифровых технологий, вовлечению лучших отечественных генетиков и существенного повышения продуктивности молочного стада. the article discusses the processes of providing the population with high–quality milk and dairy products, and producers with a stable income. The purpose of the study was to assess the potential, the task was to prepare proposals on promising directions for the development of the dairy market in the region. The state of the dairy market was studied on the basis of statistical analysis, monographic and abstract-logical methods. However, according to the study, the food industry turned out to be less susceptible to sanctions pressure than other sectors of the economy. The study also discusses forecasts for the development of the dairy market and concludes that the Russian Federation is successfully coping with challenges by improving the quality characteristics of milk and dairy products and reducing dependence on foreign markets. In conclusion, the authors recommend the need to increase the efficiency of milk and dairy products production through the use of modern digital technologies, attracting the best world genetics and significantly increasing the productivity of the dairy herd.
