Abstract

In response to DNA damage, HSP90α moves to the nucleus from cytoplasm in an Aha1-dependent manner and is associated with the damaged chromatin during homologous recombination-mediated DNA repair. We have identified the structural determinants of yHSP90α that enables its nuclear import.
