Abstract

Irregular nuclear shapes are a hallmark of human cancers. Here we performed a high-throughput small molecule screen toward abnormal nuclear morphology. Several compounds regularized nuclear shapes in noncancer and cancer cells. This approach of targeting nuclear abnormalities may be useful for screening new types of cancer therapies.
