Abstract

Mammalian α-arrestin ARRDC3 ubiquitination is regulated by WWP2 E3 ubiquitin ligase, which is recruited through the ARRDC3 PPXY motifs. Ubiquitin is a key regulator of ARRDC3 function in regulating GPCR trafficking and signaling.
