Abstract

The LIN-2/LIN-7/LIN-10 complex is necessary for Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor (EGFR) basolateral membrane localization and signaling during C. elegans vulval development. Here we found that LIN-10 can independently promote EGFR localization and signaling. Distinct domains of LIN-10 mediate its complex-dependent and complex-independent functions.
