Abstract

Unbiased proximity biotinylation revealed an overlapping interactome of E3 ubiquitin ligases TRIM9 and TRIM67. The interactome is enriched in proteins that regulate neuronal growth and arborization, cytoskeletal dynamics, and membrane remodeling. One validated interactor, Myo16, plays a role in netrin-dependent axon branching with TRIM9 and TRIM67.
