Abstract
Innovative infrastructure has a significant impact on regional development, especially on the production sector. Inducing innovative initiatives and boosting the industry is a top priority direction of development of the Irkutsk region. In the context of the current sanctions and subsequent departure of foreign partners from Russia and its regions, the problem of developing their own production facilities and substituting imported products has become especially relevant.
