Abstract

ABSTRACT This study explores the influence of DnaK on intracellular proteins in Cronobacter sakazakii , a Gram-negative bacterium known for causing infections, particularly in neonates. Proteomic and post-translational modification analyses were performed, revealing a potential link between DnaK and protein deamidation.
