Abstract

Patients with chronic hepatitis B (CHB) who were administered tenofovir disoproxil fumarate (TDF)-based combination therapy after receiving multiple drugs are frequently switched to TDF monotherapy in South Korea. We evaluated the efficacy and safety of switching to TDF monotherapy from TDF-based combination therapy over 5 years.
