Abstract

ABSTRACT Ten Clostridioides difficile isolates representing the top 10 ribotypes collected in 2016 through the Emerging Infections Program underwent long-read sequencing to obtain high-quality reference genome assemblies. These isolates are publicly available through the CDC & FDA Antibiotic Resistance Isolate Bank.
