Abstract

The present study highlights the importance of fungal communities in an endangered plant, T. sutchuenensis . Comparative analysis of soil samples in nearly all extant T. sutchuenensis populations identified that soil properties, especially soil nutrients, might play critical roles in the survival of T. sutchuenensis .
