Abstract

Probiotic and prebiotic are believed to be useful in alleviating the inflammatory, thereby resolving or preventing the severity of UC. Spore-forming bacteria Bacillus coagulans show advantages of stability and probiotic effects, being suggested as the important probiotics for UC treatment.
