Abstract

In this study, we investigated changes in the cecum flora, metabolites, and abundances of fluoroquinolone antibiotic resistance genes in chickens following the use of different concentrations of enrofloxacin. These results were used to determine the effects of enrofloxacin on chick physiology and the important flora and metabolites that might contribute to these effects.
