Abstract
In
Pseudomonas aeruginosa
, a Gram-negative pathogen causing life-threatening infections in immunocompromised patients, the ParAB-
parS
system is involved in the precise separation of newly replicated bacterial chromosomes. In this work, we identified and characterized proteins interacting with partitioning protein ParB.
