Abstract

Upon DNA replication or damage stresses, it is critical to provide proper levels of deoxynucleotide triphosphates (dNTPs) and activate DNA repair machinery. Ribonucleotide reductases (RNRs), which are composed of large and small subunits, are required for synthesizing dNTP.
