Abstract

Coronaviruses cause infectious diseases in various mammals and birds and exhibit an epithelial cell tropism in enteric and respiratory tracts. It is critical to explore how coronavirus infections modulate IFN-λ, a key innate cytokine against mucosal viral infection.
