Abstract
Phage BUCT86 possesses a genome of 44,542 bp of double-stranded DNA, with a G+C content of 54%. The result of BLASTn analysis showed that the genome sequence of phage BUCT86 shared similarity with that of
Klebsiella
phage CX1, with 82% query coverage and 93.31% identity.
