Abstract

ABSTRACT Infection by antibiotic-resistant extraintestinal pathogenic Escherichia coli may result in treatment failure and thus pose a serious public health threat. Here we report the complete closed genome sequence of three multidrug-resistant (MDR) human uropathogenic E. coli isolates using long-read sequencing technology and de novo assembly.
