Abstract

ABSTRACT Here, we report the complete genome sequence of the Bifidobacterium faecale strain JCM 19861 T (= CU 3-7 T = KACC 17904 T ), isolated from infant feces by Jung-Hye Choi’s group in 2014. The B. faecale JCM 19861 T genome comprised a circular chromosome of 2,213,206 bp, with a G + C content of 59.0%.
