Abstract

ABSTRACT Phage Blastoid is a siphophage that infects Bacillus pumilus . B. pumilus is widely used in agriculture but has recently been linked to cases of food poisoning. Here, we report the complete genome of Blastoid and discuss unique genomic characteristics.
