Abstract

CircRNAs, a new class of ncRNAs, play important roles in cell growth, neural development, carcinogenesis, and anticarcinogenesis. Porcine deltacoronavirus is an emerging enteropathogenic coronavirus that causes diarrhea, but the role of host circRNAs in regulating its infection is unknown.
