Abstract

ABSTRACT A subgroup of Salmonella (S.) enterica subsp. enterica serovar Paratyphi B is significantly associated with invasive infections in humans. We report the complete genome sequence of a potentially invasive. S. Paratyphi B isolated from a mute swan ( Cygnus olor ) found dead at an urban recreation park in Berlin, Germany.
