A multicenter collection of bacteremic isolates of Escherichia coli ( n = 423), Klebsiella pneumoniae ( n = 372), Pseudomonas aeruginosa ( n = 300), and Acinetobacter baumannii complex ( n = 199) was analyzed for susceptibility.
