Abstract

ABSTRACT Spiroplasma cantharicola CC-1 T (DSM 21588) was isolated from the gut of a soldier beetle ( Cantharis carolinus ) collected in Maryland, USA. Here, we report the complete genome sequence of this bacterium to facilitate the investigation of its biology.
