Abstract

ABSTRACT A Pseudomonas sp. bacterium was isolated from the midguts of Anopheles gambiae mosquitoes. Here we present the annotated Pseudomonas sp. draft genome sequence as a contribution to the efforts of characterization of the mosquito gut microbiome.
