Abstract

Ravidasvir (RDV) is a novel oral hepatitis C virus NS5A inhibitor. This study aimed to evaluate the pharmacokinetics and safety of RDV and the drug-drug interactions between RDV and ritonavir-boosted danoprevir (DNVr) in healthy adults.
