Abstract

Mycobacterium tuberculosis modulates its transcriptional machinery in response to dynamic microenvironments encountered within the host. In this study, we identified that EmbR, a transcription factor, plays important roles in modulating cellular morphology, antibiotic resistance, and survival in the host.
