Abstract

Porcine pleuropneumonia is a common infectious disease of pigs caused by Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae . Interferon gamma (IFN-γ) expression increases in the lung of pigs after A. pleuropneumoniae infection, but the role of IFN-γ during the infection is still obscure.
