Abstract

Data to inform behaviorally congruent delivery of rectal microbicides as lubricants are scant. Dapivirine (DPV) is a nonnucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitor which has been demonstrated to be well-tolerated and efficacious in multiple clinical trials when used in a vaginal ring formulation.
