Abstract

ABSTRACT Nondermatophytic fungi are increasingly being reported as etiological agents of onychomycosis. We describe here a case of hand nail infection caused by Emericella quadrilineata (anamorph Aspergillus tetrazonus ), a species not so far known to be an etiological agent of onychomycosis.
