Abstract

ABSTRACT The coding-complete genome sequence of bovine viral diarrhea virus (BVDV) isolate NX2023 that originated from a calf in China was determined. Phylogenetic analysis showed that the NX2023 strain belongs to the BVDV-1d subgenotype.
