Abstract

As the leading cause of bacteria-derived gastroenteritis worldwide, Campylobacter jejuni has a significant impact on human health. Investigating colonization factors that allow C. jejuni to successfully infect a host furthers our understanding of genes and regulatory elements necessary for virulence.
